She thought she was able to hold her tears back. She knew you were around, she knew she can't cry. She knew she should let you see how happy she is. She knows you don't need her anymore and that you're doing fine without her.
But seeing you today, getting to hear your voice since ever-so-long, made her miss you more than she ever did before.
